How often do you listen to your inner nudge?
Despite chanting and mediating I often don’t hear, or rather don’t listen to that little elbow shove from the Universe.
I hear a whisper to do something and then washing up, making meals, sorting and sifting through daily life, takes over and before I know it I’m in bed again thinking about what I could have been, promising myself that tomorrow will be different.

Surely one of the simplest ideas alive. Mix up flour and water, mother nature supplies some natural yeast and off you go.
I’m sure as time goes on I will develop some rhythm for living with Zorba MkII (MkI met his demise over Christmas) but for now it feels like trying to introduce a new pet; we have to figure out where he fits into the rhythm of our family life.

A sugary piece; white bread spread with marg or butter then liberally sprinkled with sugar.
A sugar cube stuck in the top of an orange and sook
A wee bowl of sugar and a stalk of rhubarb.
Sugar on my already sweetened cereal.
