DISTRACTION, what do you know about it?
Recently I was caught up in it so much I even considered moving home!
I’ve been nursing sick family members, one of them told me things I didn’t want to hear about, Christmas is coming, and my own journey of healing is taking me into some of the darker recesses of my psyche.

I have heard this so many times I’ve lost count.

Not true, not true, not true.
We are all creative it’s just that things have happened to us to make us believe differently. Somewhere along the line we lost touch with the fact that we are all inherently creative, all the time in every aspect of our lives, from what we get up and put on in the morning to how we arrange our living room furniture.

Oh boy can I make things difficult for myself or what?!
Having managed to Put Paint to Paper I very quickly took off in another unhelpful direction. I have this ability (disability actually) to turn almost anything into a “have to, must do, should do”. This means that instead of enjoying things I create a whole story around them which means I can’t just enjoy the process any more because it’s turned into a chore.
