Sometimes I want to scream, cry and cave in. A beat-candida diet coupled with gluten and dairy free is HARD GOING at times.
I had a moment with a chocolate bar this week that nearly got me, but a quick slam shut of the cupboard door and cup of spicy tea with a biscotti saved me.

A sugary piece; white bread spread with marg or butter then liberally sprinkled with sugar.
A sugar cube stuck in the top of an orange and sook

Greek yogurt and honey……………. oh er um and a nibble of Anya’s home made chocolate chip cookie, a few spoonfuls of Ash’s banana toffee pie and er a spoonful of the sticky date pudding too!

And the consequences are…………..
Actually nothing in particular, a little bloating, wee bit windy but...

My feeling positve and inspired faded this morning; I have just surface from a big sob.
The last few days have been restful and peaceful, or so I thought. It’s been raining so I’ve been doing lots of reading, relaxation, meditations and a little yoga too.
The only niggle has been my digestion. A few days ago I went out for lunch and ordered tuna salad which I thought would be safe….not so it came smothered in mayonnaise ( I’m...
